General terms of use

The sale of services through our website www.serbiainspiredtours.com is performed within the registered activity of the company "INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD", 29 Dusana Vukasovica St (Office No.5), 11070 New Belgrade, Serbia.

The selling price is indicated with each service. We strive to be as precise as possible in the description of our services, images and prices, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete and error-free. Images do not have to be 100% accurate. All services displayed on the site are part of our offer but might not be available at all times.

By purchasing any of the services (tours/activities), you agree to be bound by the following terms:

Pricing

All prices include VAT and there are no hidden fees. The prices on the website are only valid for services sold using the website, and may differ from the prices in our stores. "INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD" reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Payment methods

Payments can be made in one of the following ways:

1. Payment cards

You can pay for our services using payment cards - VISA, MASTER CARD, MAESTRO, AMEX and DINA CARD supporting online payments. Payment by cards is realized in cooperation with AllSecure Global d.o.o and Banca Intesa bank and is done in a secure and certified way through AllSecure Payment Gateway, by simply entering data from the payment card. Check with the bank that issued your card to see if your card supports online payments.

After entering the card data and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and thus the payment is approved. The amount will be reserved on your card (bank account) and will not be available for another purpose. The transaction will be completed and the amount deducted from your account only when our staff confirms your order. In case the payment is not completed, that is, the amount is not deducted from the account until the expiration of 14 days from the acceptance of your order, that order will be canceled and deleted. After the expiration, the money reserved in your account will be released and will be available to you again. You can then repeat the same or a new order, and make a payment related to them.

2. Cash payments

Payments can be made with cash on the day of tour.

Data protection when paying by cards

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol, using the most modern methods of tokenization of sensitive data, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. At no time is the payment card information available to the merchant.

3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers – AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global standards of data protection and privacy. All merchants who use the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, which guarantees customers the security of the purchase. Customer payment card numbers are not stored on the merchant’s system and the registration itself is protected by SSL data encryption.

PCI Standards protect sensitive cardholder data during the entire payment process: from the moment of entering data at the merchant’s point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as the subsequent storage of this data.

The moment of accepting the order

After ordering, you will be notified of the status of your order via the email you provided during the ordering process. The order is accepted by "INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD" only after we send you a confirmation of acceptance by email.

Refunds when paying by cards

In the case of a refund to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or fully, and regardless of the reason for the refund, "INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD" is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Dina and AMEX payment methods, which means that at the seller's request, the bank will refund the funds to the account of the cardholder.

Conversion statement

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency - dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Complaints procedure

The consumer can declare a complaint orally, in writing or by calling +381 62 1066 288 or electronically by sending an e-mail to the supplier’s office@serbiainspiredtours.com, all of that at 29 Dusana Vukasovica Street, office 5, Belgrade with mandatory delivery of invoices with a fiscal receipt or delivery of only a fiscal receipt.

The seller is obliged to respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or electronically without delay, and no later than within eight days from the day of receipt of the complaint.
The seller’s response to a consumer complaint must contain a decision as to whether he accepts the complaint, an explanation if he does not accept the complaint, a statement on the consumer’s request on the method of resolution, and a specific proposal in which period and how to resolve the complaint if he accepts it. The deadline for resolving the complaint cannot be longer than 15 days.
If the seller rejects the complaint, he is obliged to inform the consumer about the possibility of settling the dispute out of court and about the competent bodies for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes based on Article 55, paragraph 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

The procedure for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes can be initiated by the consumer only if he has previously submitted a complaint, that is, after receiving a response where the complaint is rejected.
We inform consumers that the trader is obliged to participate in the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes based on Article 151, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Cancellation policy

There are different cancellation policies, depending on the specific tour or activity you choose. Please be sure to verify which one is applicable to your chosen experience prior to confirming your booking. Read them carefully.

City tours and single day tours (day trips)
  • For cancellation up to 48h prior the start time we keep 5% of Day trip/Sightseeing price plus made expenses dependent on the activity type (third party services which were paid upfront and which cannot be canceled without penalties).
  • For cancellation between 47h and 24h prior the start time we keep 10% of Day trip/Sightseeing price plus made expenses dependent on the activity type (third party services which were paid upfront and which cannot be canceled without penalties).
  • For cancellation later than 24h prior the start time or no show we keep 100% of Day trip/Sightseeing price.
Multi-Day Tours
  • In case of cancellation prior to 90 days before the Travel starting date INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD has the right of reimbursement of administrative costs which can be up to 5% of the Travel price
  • For cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the Travel starting date INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD keeps 5% of the Travel price
  • For cancellation between 59 and 45 days before the Travel starting date INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD keeps 10% of the Travel price
  • For cancellation between 30 and 44 days before the Travel starting date INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD keeps 30% of the Travel price
  • For cancellation between 7 and 29 days before the Travel starting date INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD keeps 50% of the Travel price
  • For cancellation between 6 days and 1 day before the Travel starting date INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD keeps 80% of the Travel Price
  • In case of no show or cancellation on the day of the Travel INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD keeps 100% of the Travel price
Tour Packages

*Time of cancellation for individuals:

  • 28 days prior to arrival INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD keeps 5% of the Travel price
  • 21 – 27 days prior arrival INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD keeps 10% of the Travel price
  • 14 – 20 days prior arrival INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD keeps 30 % of the Travel price
  • 7 – 13 days prior arrival INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD keeps 50% of the Travel price
  • 2 – 6 days prior arrival INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD keeps 80% of the Travel price
  • Less than 24 hours INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD keeps 100% of the Travel price

*Time of cancellation for groups:

  • 90 – 180 days prior group arrival INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD keeps 5% of Travel price
  • 45 – 89 days prior group arrival INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD keeps 10% of Travel price
  • 30 – 44 days prior group arrival INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD keeps 30% of Travel price
  • 7 – 29 days prior group arrival INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD keeps 50% of Travel price
  • 1 – 6 days prior group arrival INSPIRED TOURS BEOGRAD keeps 100% of Travel price
