Highlights of Western Serbia
Take a break from hectic pace of modern life and immerse yourself in Western Serbia nature.
Day 1: Belgrade - Gate of Podrinje - Bajina Basta - Vrelo river - Banjska rock viewpoint (overnight Zlatibor)
The tour starts at 8 a.m. from your accommodation in Belgrade. Less than 3 hours' drive through central and west Serbia will take us to our first stop "Gate of Podrinje," entrance to the magical Drina River valley.
Short drive to Bajina Basta, small city located on the foothill of Tara Mountain with its unique attraction "House on the Drina." The image of this unusual house was posted on a cover of National Geographic magazine and from that moment it has been attracting curious travelers from across the globe.
Next, see the River Vrelo, officially the shortest river within Europe. Due to the fact that it's only 365m long, river Vrelo has received its second name "Year."
The tour proceeds to the heart of Tara National Park. Short, pleasant drive will take us to Mitrovac. Stroll to the most beautiful viewpoint in Serbia called "Banjska rock". This incredible viewpoint is offering splendid panoramic view over the Drina canyon and Perucac artificial lake.
Lunch break. Drive to Zlatibor. Hotel check in. Overnight.
Day 2: Stopica cave - Old Village Sirogojno - Gostilje waterfall (overnight Zlatibor)
Breakfast. At 10 a.m. start exploring Zlatibor Mountain.
Short drive to Stopica Cave, one of the main landmarks located on the slopes of Zlatibor Mountain.
Continue with a visit to old village Sirogojno which represents the oldest ethnological open-air museum within Balkans. 55 households from 19th century were moved from nearby villages and those are 100% authentic.
Next, visit to Gostilje waterfall. Located in true oasis of intact nature it represents one of the biggest waterfalls within Serbia with a height of 20m.
Afterwards a break for lunch will be made and you will have the great opportunity to try traditional Zlatibor products such as: kajmak, prosciutto, goat or cow cheese, lamb roasted meat, etc.
Drive to hotel. Free time. Overnight.
Day 3: Uvac Nature Reserve - Belgrade
Breakfast. Hotel check out.
Last day on this journey through unimaginable nature of Western Serbia is reserved to explore Uvac Nature Reserve.
Short drive from Zlatibor will take us to Nova Varoš and your Uvac Adventure will start. The most popular way of exploring this amazing natural site is a combination of cruising and hiking that lasts for 4-5 hours. First we cruise along Uvac meanders for about 12 km. During the cruise we will also visit Ice cave.
Next, hike to viewpoint "Veliki Vrh" and take some great pictures while observing Griffon Vultures (relatively rare species of bird of prey, whose population in Uvac is the second largest in Europe) in their natural habitat.
Break for lunch.
Return to Belgrade in late evening hours.

Jelena is a fantastic tour guide and Bogdan (the driver) is extremely responsible and drives amazingly well. I’m super happy to have chosen this tour. The organization was perfect and we manage to see many different things! Book it , you won’t regret it!

Awesome experience! Well worth the money, and you get to see things many people don't. The trip is gorgeous, and the wonderful Jelena is not only knowledgeable, but super helpful, and has the kind of personality that can put a smile on anyone's face. This was a wonderful way to spend the day!

An excellent trip. Our driver and the guide were excellent. I am actually writing this review because I was so impressed with them - excellent personalities and knowledge of Serbian history and so passionate about theirs country. All of us enjoyed this itinerary and I would highly recommend it

The entire team right from the enquiry to organizing the tour are perfect. These guys are experts! Jelena is so passionate about her work and went the extra mile and helped us with so much of information about the places to eat, culture, people, serbia and she was sooo supportive even after the tour. We are now such good friends :) Bogdan our driver is very very kind and so caring about my meal and ensured we were comfortable. Loved the entire experience with this team and looking forward to more trips.

Incredible!
Incredible week long tour with Jelena, Marko, Bogdan and Nina! Some of the kindest, most caring, informative and amazing people you will ever meet which will definitely make the entire experience worthwhile! Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the country for the first time! May experience a slight language barrier with the drivers, but the guides are always there to help and there was never any hassle. In fact, it will aid towards learning the Serbian language a little and attaining a proper authentic experience. Also felt absolutely lucky to have a photographer like Jelena with me during my time in Zlatibor. Not only made incredible memories but was able to capture them too!

Highlights of Western Serbia Private Tour from Belgrade for 3 days
This our second time to booked a private tour from Serbia Inspired and we can say that this private tour the best and a must if you really want to see the hidden beauty of Serbia. Our 3 days tour is so memorable, we had amazing time ,the nature that we saw is unbelievable tara, uvac and drina river will blow your mind. Had a good food, nice accommodation and most of all we are thankful to meet once again the lovely Jelena who is our tour guide a lovely women, very fluent in English, very energetic and knowledgeable ❤ and if you are like me who loves good photos Jelena is the one (all in one) . Not to forget our driver Bogdan it will not be possible without him thank you for taking care of us, you are one of a kind and he can speak English well. Looking forward for another trip with you guys. Note; If you are celebrating special date or events like birthday ???? they can arrange it for you base on what you like.
