Day 1: Belgrade - Gate of Podrinje - Bajina Basta - Vrelo river - Banjska rock viewpoint - (overnight in Tara National Park) 

The tour starts at 8 a.m. from your accommodation in Belgrade. After 3 hours' drive through awe-inspiring Western Serbia, our first stop will be Bajina Basta - small town located on the foothill of Tara Mountain. See world famous attraction "The House on the Drina River." The image of this unique tourist attraction was posted on a cover of National Geographic magazine, and from that moment this solitary house has been attracting curious travelers from across the globe.

Continue with a short drive to the shortest river in Europe, Vrelo. Only 365m long river, received its second name "Godina" or "Year," due to the fact that it's long as a year.

The tour proceeds to the heart of Tara National Park. Short drive will take us to the point from which we will start our walking/hiking part of the tour (2km in both directions) in order to reach, without doubt, the most beautiful viewpoint in Serbia "Banjska Rock." This place offers splendid panoramic view over the Drina River Canyon. Be prepared to take some breathtaking photos from up here.

Break for lunch. Hotel check in. Free time. Overnight.

Day 2: Mokra Gora - Sargan 8 - Drvengrad - Belgrade

Breakfast. Hotel check out.

Our second day begins with a drive to Mokra Gora Railway station and Sargan 8 - a narrow gauge railway, which represents a real masterpiece among the similar railways. Here you are going to have a railroad ride you've always dreamed about! Authentic cars with wooden seats will take us back to 1925. when this railroad was connecting Belgrade with Adriatic Sea.

After almost 2.5 hours ride we are returning to a departing station from where we'll start short drive to our next destination "Drvengrad" or "Wooden Town," developed by famous movie director Emir Kusturica, for his movie entitled "Life is Miracle." All the objects including hotel, shops, cinema, churches, etc. are made of natural materials, mostly from wood. Due to the fact that famous movie festival called "Kustendorf" is organized here (every year), Wooden Town welcomed Johnny Depp, Monica Belucci and other movies celebrities.

Break for lunch will be made in this unique location and the group will have the great opportunity to try some local specialties.

Return to Belgrade in late evening hours.

Drop off to your accommodation.
